Hikita Conjecture

The cohomological Hikita conjecture compares the cohomology algebra of a symplectic resolution with the coordinate algebra of a scheme-theoretic fixed locus of its symplectic dual. For quiver data, the equivariant version uses a smooth Nakajima quiver variety X and the corresponding parameter-deformed Coulomb branch Y_f.

Let F be a torus acting linearly on the quiver representation space and commuting with G=product_(i)GL(V_i). Choose a regular stability character nu, so semistability equals stability and the action on the stable zero moment-map locus is free. With T subset G the diagonal torus, Weyl group W, and f=LieF, the common coefficient algebra is

 R=H_(G×F)^*(pt;C)=C[LieT direct sum f]^W.
(1)

The Kirwan map to H_F^*(X;C) and the Coulomb coefficient map to the fixed-scheme coordinate algebra are required to be surjective with the same kernel. They would induce a canonical graded R-algebra isomorphism

 H_F^*(X;C)=C[Y_f^nu].
(2)

If (A_F)_m is the weight-m piece for the cocharacter defined by nu, this fixed algebra is

 C[Y_f^nu]=A_F/<(A_F)_m:m!=0>.
(3)

Nilpotents in this quotient are retained, and linear parameters have degree two.
