Weakly Reversible Reaction Network

A weakly reversible reaction network is a reaction network in which every reaction y->y^' has a directed graph path from y^' back to y (Boros and Hofbauer 2020). Equivalently, every connected component of its underlying undirected graph forms a strongly connected digraph. The condition permits return paths with several reactions. For example, the cycle A->B->C->A is weakly reversible although it contains none of the three reverse reactions. The condition alone does not impose identities between incoming and outgoing fluxes at the complexes.
