Prime-Intersective Polynomial

A prime-intersective polynomial is an integer polynomial h such that, for every positive integer q, there is an integer r relatively prime to q with h(r)=0 (modq). It is therefore an intersective polynomial. For example, x-1 is prime-intersective, while x is intersective but not prime-intersective.
