Intersective Polynomial

An intersective polynomial is an integer polynomial h having a root modulo every positive integer: for each q>=1, some integer r satisfies h(r)=0 (modq). For example, h(x)=x^2 is intersective. A prime-intersective polynomial additionally requires such a root to be relatively prime to the modulus.
