Paley Class

The Paley class of a positive integer is defined as the set of all possible quadruples where

(1)

is an odd prime, and

$k={0 if q=0; 1 if q^n-3=0 (mod 4); 2 if q^n-1=0 (mod 4); undefined otherwise.$
