Mu-Constant Problem

The mu-constant problem asks whether a holomorphic family of isolated hypersurface singularities with constant Milnor number is topologically trivial. For the surface case, let F:(C^3×Delta,{0}×Delta)->(C,0) be holomorphic over a disk, with f_t(x)=F(x,t), f_t(0)=0, and an isolated critical point at the origin for every t. Assume mu(f_t,0)=mu(f_0,0).
