Ising Perceptron

The Ising perceptron is a random perceptron whose weight vector lies in {-1,1}^N. For independent pattern vectors g^a in R^N with independent standard normal coordinates, put M_N=|_alphaN_|. With uniform binary-spin probability nu_N, its thermodynamic pressure with log-weight f is

 p_N(f)=1/Nlnintexp(sum_(a=1)^(M_N)f(g^a·x/sqrt(N)))dnu_N(x).

Here |_x_| is the floor function. For a constant f=c, it equals M_Nc/N. Counting measure adds ln2 to this convention.
