Bipartite Ramsey Number

The r-color bipartite Ramsey number br_r(H) of a bipartite graph H is the least integer N such that every assignment of r colors to the edges of the complete bipartite graph K_(N,N) contains a monochromatic copy of H. This differs from the ordinary Ramsey number, whose host is a complete graph.

Ai and Yin (2026) proved that br_3(C_(2n))=3n for all sufficiently large n, where C_(2n) is the cycle graph of length 2n. Their lower bound br_3(C_(2n))>=3n holds for every n>=2. Ai and Yin (2026) report mathematical assistance from GPT-6.1 Sol and Claude Fable 5.1 with intermediate derivations, capacity arguments, and threshold checks.
