A biaugmented truncated cube is formed by attaching two square cupolas to opposite octagonal faces
of a truncated cube. Each square
cupola is oriented so that its quadrilateral faces meet the triangular faces
of the truncated cube.
The convex equilateral form with regular polygonal faces
is the Johnson solid
.
It has 32 polyhedron vertices, 60 polyhedron edges, and 30 faces. The faces
consist of 16 equilateral triangles, 10 squares, and 4 regular octagons
(McCooey).
