Monotone Decreasing

A monotone decreasing function f(x) on an interval I is a nonincreasing function and satisfies

 f(x_1)>=f(x_2)

for all x_1,x_2 in I with x_1<x_2. Equality is allowed. A strictly decreasing function instead requires f(x_1)>f(x_2) for all such pairs.
