Hyperbolic Penrose Inequality

The hyperbolic Penrose inequality is a mass-area comparison for initial data approaching a hyperbolic reference metric at infinity. In the time-symmetric formulation with three-dimensional spherical infinity and cosmological constant -3, the scalar curvature is at least -6 and the inner boundary is minimal and outer area minimizing. The proposed bound is

 m_(AH)>=(r_A+r_A^3)/2,

where r_A=sqrt(A_(min)/(4pi)) and A_(min) counts all components of full enclosing cuts. The mass is the Lorentz norm of the four hyperbolic metric fluxes, m_(AH)=sqrt(p_0^2-p_1^2-p_2^2-p_3^2), assumed future timelike. These spatial fluxes are metric charges rather than ADM momentum.
