100=10^2. Madachy (1979) gives a number of algebraic equations using the digits 1 to 9 which evaluate to 100, such as

(7-5)^2+96+8-4-3-1=100
(1)
3^2+91+7+8-6-5-4=100
(2)
sqrt(9)-6+72-(1)(3!)-8+45=100
(3)
123-45-67+89=100,
(4)

and so on.
