Harmonic Dimension Comparison Conjecture

The harmonic dimension comparison conjecture asserts that a complete n-dimensional Riemannian manifold with nonnegative Ricci curvature satisfies h_k(M)<=h_k(R^n), where h_k counts polynomial-growth harmonic functions of order at most the nonnegative integer k.

The asymptotic volume ratio is lim_(r->infty)VolB(o,r)/(omega_nr^n), where omega_n is the Euclidean unit-ball volume.
