Elongated Pentagonal Gyrocupolarotunda

An elongated pentagonal gyrocupolarotunda is formed by attaching a pentagonal cupola and a pentagonal rotunda to the two decagonal bases of a decagonal prism, with their outer pentagonal faces rotated by 36 degrees relative to one another.

The convex equilateral form with regular polygonal faces is the Johnson solid J_(41).

It has 35 polyhedron vertices, 70 polyhedron edges, and 37 faces. The faces consist of 15 equilateral triangles, 15 squares, and 7 regular pentagons (McCooey).
