The cylindrical functions R_m(x,y) and S_m(x,y) are defined by

R_m(x,y)=(J_m^'(x)Y_m^'(y)-J_m^'(y)Y_m^'(x))/(J_m(x)Y_m^'(y)-J_m^'(y)Y_m(x))
