Tensor Saturation

Tensor saturation is the property that a nonzero invariant in a simultaneously scaled tensor product of highest-weight representations forces a nonzero invariant before scaling, subject to the necessary central-character condition. For dominant integral weights lambda, mu, and nu of a semisimple group, scaling replaces them by Nlambda, Nmu, and Nnu for a positive integer N. The condition that lambda+mu+nu belong to the root lattice removes the immediate obstruction from the center.
