Second Neuberg Circle

FirstNeubergCircle

The second Neuberg circle is the circumcircle of the second Neuberg triangle.

The center has center function

 alpha=(-a^8-b^2a^6-c^2a^6+b^4a^4+c^4a^4+3b^2c^2a^4+4b^2c^4a^2+4b^4c^2a^2+2b^4c^4)/a,

which is not a Kimberling center. Its radius is slightly complicated.

The circle function is a but complicated and does not correspond to a Kimberling center.

No Kimberling centers lie on the second Neuberg circle.
