A rearrangement prime pair is a pair of consecutive primes whose decimal digits are rearrangements of each other. Such a pair is also called an Ormiston pair (Edwards 2002, pp. 12-13). The first few are (1913, 1931), (18379, 18397), (19013, 19031), (25013, 25031), (34613, 34631), ... (OEIS A072274).
