Perfect Matching Polytope

The perfect matching polytope of a finite undirected graph G=(V,E) is the convex hull of the 0-1 vectors of its perfect matchings. For each perfect matching M, let x_M in R^E have coordinate 1 on edges in M and 0 on the other edges. Writing M(G) for the set of perfect matchings gives

 P(G)=conv{x_M:M in M(G)}.

For the complete graph K_2, this is the singleton set containing the one-coordinate vector (1).
