Order-Zero Map

An order-zero map between C*-algebras A and B is a completely positive map phi:A->B that satisfies

 phi(a)phi(b)=0

whenever a,b in A are positive elements with ab=0 (Winter and Zacharias 2010).

Order-zero maps are used in the definition of nuclear dimension.
