The Kiteck-Payne graph is a 21-vertex unit-distance graph with girth 4 and chromatic number 4 constructed by Kiteck and Payne (2021). Its construction begins with a unit square and uses chains of unit rhombi; two applications of the intermediate value theorem select positions that close the required unit-distance constraints. The graph extends the construction used for the Hochberg-O'Donnell fish graph.
The Kiteck-Payne graph will be implemented in a future version of the Wolfram Language as GraphData["KiteckPayneGraph"].
