Euclidean Steinitz Constant

The Euclidean Steinitz constant S_2(d) is the least bound B such that every finite indexed family of vectors v_i in R^d with ||v_i||_2<=1 and sum_(i)v_i=0 admits an ordering whose every partial sum has Euclidean norm at most B. Repeated vectors remain separate indexed members of the family.
