Bivariate Polynomial

A bivariate polynomial is a polynomial in two variables. Bivariate polynomials have the form

 f(x,y)=sum_(i,j)a_(i,j)x^iy^j.

A homogeneous bivariate polynomial, also called a binary form, has the form

 f(x,y)=sum_(i=0)^na_ix^iy^(n-i),

where n is the degree of f(x,y). The binary form f(x,y) above is often represents as <a_0,a_1,a_2,...,a_n>.
