Kelvin Function of the Second Kind


The Kelvin functions of the second kind are the Kelvin functions kei and ker defined by

 ker_nu(x)+ikei_nu(x)=e^(-nupii/2)K_nu(xe^(pii/4)),

where K_nu(x) is a modified Bessel function of the second kind.
